Joshua Tueting

Joshua Tueting, Nurse Practitioner and Men’s Health Specialist, has enjoyed learning about health and wellness from a young age. Since his teenage years he has been focused on trying out a wide range of diets, exercise programs, and mindfulness practices to improve his personal health and wellness. He graduated from Marquette University in 2012 as a nurse practitioner. Since that time he has worked with adults in family medicine and internal medicine to help them achieve their health goals. Most recently Josh has worked at CU Boulder with the student population. He has also studied alternative medicine under several providers including Chinese herbalists, functional medicine and lifestyle medicine providers. Josh’s primary objective in medicine is to tailor each plan based on the individual’s history, lifestyle, and primary goals.

Whether you are on medications and want to find natural ways to get off the medications or if you are struggling in certain areas of your life and need personalized medical attention to improve your quality of life, Josh would love to help you in that process.
Outside the office, Josh has trained intensively in several sports which most recently include running ultramarathons in the mountains and competing in muay thai locally. He loves spending time outdoors mountain biking, snowboarding, and any other physical activities that involve nature, family, or friends. He resides in beautiful Lyons, Colorado.

Kylie Burroughs

Kylie Burroughs is the Lead Medical Assistant at Lyons Health and Wellness, where she gets to proudly display her love for patient care. Previously, Kylie served as a Physical Therapy Aide right here in Lyons. In addition to her role at Lyons Health and Wellness, Kylie also works as a medical assistant in Boulder, providing her with a diverse range of experiences in healthcare.

Originally from Maryland, Kylie now calls Colorado home. She moved to Lyons in August 2023 after earning a general studies degree from West Virginia University. She is currently pursuing further education in Nursing at Arapahoe Community College, driven by her passion for enhancing the well-being of others.

Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Colorado’s beauty through hiking, food, music, and connecting with its vibrant community. Kylie cherishes moments with her pets, family, and friends

Lily Foreman

Lily Foreman, Executive Administrative Assistant, is known for her creativity, customer service and positive attitude. She got her start in customer service and understanding client needs while working at the Dairy Bar in Lyons, CO. She is a world traveler, having traveled to 4 continents and 10 countries. She finds inspiration and enjoyment in experiencing and learning about different cultures.

Lily is also an avid mountain biker and downhill skier. She is on a mountain bike team and participates in XC mountain bike races throughout Colorado. She values community support and gives back to the community by trail building on local mountain bike trails. In her free time, Lily can be found enjoying time with family, friends and her beloved pets.
