We’ll review your current eating habits and develop specific, sustainable recommendations that align with your food preferences. You can enjoy your meals and still lose weight with a plan that fits your life.

Physical activity is a vital part of maintaining a healthy weight and long-term health. We’ll tailor an exercise or training plan to your schedule, fitness level, and interests to keep movement enjoyable and consistent. We partner with a certified personal trainer, nutrition and exercise coach and can provide referrals if deemed appropriate.

We’ll discuss your overall lifestyle and may recommend adjustments such as improving sleep, reducing stress, or incorporating more movement into sedentary routines. We also provide support for behavioral challenges like emotional or stress eating.

For some patients, prescription weight-loss medications may be appropriate. We’ll discuss all options and, if indicated, create a treatment plan that helps you achieve results safely and effectively.

The InBody 580 is an advanced body composition analyzer that shows what your body is really made of far beyond what a scale can tell you. In a few minutes, it measures muscle mass, body fat percentage, hydration levels, and more, giving a clear, accurate picture of overall health and progress.
We step on the bathroom scale to assess our health, but it can feel like efforts don’t pay off the way we expect. New diets or workouts might help temporarily, but the weight comes back—or even increases.
That’s because your bathroom scale is misleading.
Body composition is a powerful indicator of overall wellness. Two people can weigh the same but have very different levels of muscle, fat, and metabolic health. Instead of tracking how heavy you are, track how healthy you are with body composition analysis.
This gives insight into:
A standard scale only measures weight, but it cannot tell you what that weight is made of. The InBody scan shows whether changes in weight are coming from:
This makes it one of the most effective tools for tracking true health progress.
Yes. The InBody 580 is non-invasive and safe for most individuals. It uses a very low-level electrical current to measure body composition. However, it is not recommended for individuals with implanted medical devices such as pacemakers.
For the most accurate results, we recommend:
Avoid eating a large meal 2–3 hours before, staying well hydrated, avoiding intense exercise the day of the scan, and limiting alcohol intake for 24 hours prior. Remove jewelry or metal accessories. Your scan is most consistent when performed under similar conditions each time.
The InBody scan is ideal for anyone looking to:
It’s a powerful tool for both women and men at any stage of their wellness journey.
The InBody 580 scan is an affordable and valuable tool for tracking real health progress beyond the scale.
Single InBody Scan:
$35 ($30 for current Lyons Health and Wellness Weight Loss or Hormone patients)
Package of 4 Scans — recommended for progress tracking and goal support
$120 ($100 for current Lyons Health and Wellness Weight Loss or Hormone patients.)
Many patients choose scan packages to monitor changes in muscle mass, body fat, and metabolic health over time. Our team is happy to help you determine the best scan frequency based on your wellness or hormone optimization plan.

At Lyons Health and Wellness she provides medical management for patients with eating disorders, including anorexia nervosa (AN), bulimia nervosa (BN), binge eating disorder (BED), avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID) or disordered eating.

We approach each person as an individual and work with their unique set of circumstances, to help them in a non-judgmental way. We work closely with other team members with backgrounds in eating disorders, including registered dieticians and therapists, to help our patients transition toward recovery and a more meaningful life.

At Lyons Health & Wellness we specialize in optimizing athletic potential — for recreational athletes, weekend warriors, and competitive players alike. Our mission is to help you optimize your health and athletic performance, achieve your goals and feel your best!
We recognize that recreational and master athletes may be under-served and not well understood in traditional medicine. Often, when athletes feel something is off and seek care with a conventional medical provider, they are told their labs are “normal.” Normal labs may not be enough to keep an athlete functioning at an optimal level as athletes have different nutritional and metabolic needs than non-athletes. When these needs are not met, they can prevent progress and impact athletic performance.
