How It Works & Pricing

Prices for our Illness, Injury and Wellness Care services range from $95-$155, depending on complexity.  This price range includes in-office point of care tests (strep, flu, covid, mono, urine) and is competitively priced below self-pay prices for other clinics in surrounding areas.

Bloodwork

  • We can draw blood in the clinic on Fridays between 9:30 and 1:30. We can also provide you with a Lab Corp lab order to take to a local Lab Corp facility for your blood work.
  • Bloodwork is typically covered by insurance, please check your individual plan to be certain.

Imaging

  • If imaging services such as X-Ray, Ultrasound, Mammography or MRI are required we will give you an order for Health Images to have your imaging done.  There are multiple Health Images locations in Longmont, Boulder and Ft. Collins.
  • Imaging is typically covered by insurance, please check your individual plan to be certain.

Prescriptions

  • We conveniently carry prescriptions for many antibiotics and a small number of other commonly prescribed medications in-office, saving you an additional trip to the pharmacy when you or your child or sick.
  • For medications that we don’t have in-office we will send a prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.  Prescriptions are typically covered by insurance.

We currently accept Medicare. You may also use a Health Savings Account (HSA) card, Credit card or Debit card to pay for your visit. You have the option to submit the claim to your insurance company for reimbursement.  We will provide you with a superbill for your visit (has the codes needed for reimbursement) to send to your insurance company.

We are in the process of credentialing with Medicaid, Blue Cross, Cigna and United and should soon be able to accept these insurance plans.
